We are working with a global ecosystem built around Hedera. They provides robust blockchain solutions for enterprises seeking to streamline operations, increase transparency, and ensure data integrity across sectors such as finance, healthcare, supply chain, and sustainability.

They are adding their first CTO to the team to take ownership on the technology department!

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of company strategy and mission from a technical perspective
• Define long term technical roadmap, technical infrastructure and ensure products are compliant with regulations and security
• Build high performing teams and coordinate internal and external vendors.
• Design and manage the development process to build MVPs from ideation to enterprise-ready applications.

Requirements:

• Able to think strategically, communicate effectively and work collaboratively
• In-depth knowledge of major Blockchain protocols and distributed ledger technologies
• Experience in full-stack enterprise technologies and deep understanding of multiple technologies
• Proven track record building and leading high performing global engineering and product teams
