The Role
We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our team. As part of our growing firm, you will work directly with the Partners and have exposure to C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and investors. The role involves supporting the investment process, including financial analysis, business assessments, market research, negotiations, and investor presentations. You’ll gain hands-on experience and accelerate your growth in a stimulating environment.
What we are looking for
• Academic Credentials: Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics (minimum grade: 105/110).
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Strategic Advisory (internships included).
• Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Native Italian, fluent English (both written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
• Traits: Leadership potential, curiosity, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
