Lead Quality Assurance Engineer



The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee adherence to quality standards across all phases of the product lifecycle. This role includes developing control plans, managing compliance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into product design and production workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain control plans, specifying critical control points and measurement methods.
  • Collaborate with production management to ensure effective implementation of quality control plans.
  • Support quality assurance engineers in executing testing plans, ensuring all inspections are conducted per established procedures
  • Analyze testing issues and work with R&D and production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives for quality improvements, identifying defect trends through data analysis and executing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience with technical projects (engineering).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
