QA Specialist in Wealth Planning and Investments Tribe

In our Wealth Planning and Investment Tribe – comprising around 180 members – we drive innovation and development across investment-related products. Our Tribe is divided into squads, consisting of cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals focused on specific missions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our clients' mobile experience through the investment features in our mobile banking app. You will collaborate effectively with knowledgeable business and functional specialists, test automation engineers, developers, and product owners to guarantee the quality, reliability, and distinguished nature of our investment applications.

You will:

• Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing
• Be part of the product team and identify quality requirements and testing needs early in the development process
• Detect, document and track defects to resolution, ensuring they are properly prioritised and addressed
• Closely collaborate with test automation engineers to automate daily and regression testing
• Conduct performance and/or usability testing to ensure application meets required standards
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance process and best practices within the tribe
• Drive coordinated end-to-end testing efforts amongst delivering teams by facilitating communication, monitoring testing progress and preparing testing reports
• Prepare test data to ensure efficient test case execution
  
  

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in QA role in an Agile or cross-functional environment
• Experience testing Mobile applications
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and best practices
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab or Azure DevOps
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details, and a proactive mindset towards test strategy execution on daily basis
• Upper-Intermediate English skills
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript is beneficial
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is considered beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
