Main Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder needs, and translate them into well-defined product requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to help determine the best implementation methods
- Contribute to the product backlog for the Payment Orchestration platform and create actionable tasks for the development team
- Evaluate priorities of business requests, security requirements and technical improvements
- Ensure clear communication with the product team and relevant stakeholders
- Analyze existing card payment solutions and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in creating high-quality documentation of the Payment Orchestrator product and relevant processes, ensuring it meets the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with user-facing applications development in the role of a business analyst, process manager, or a similar position
- Basic knowledge of functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support and marketing.
- Holistic thinking with the ability to approach problems and solutions from a broader perspective, with an eagerness to learn about the payment processing landscape
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive enhancements to the payments orchestration platform.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and grow as a professional
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce and/or background in the payments domain is a big advantage
- Monthly gross salary from 3400 - 4700 EUR
