Managing Director | Digital Experience Monitoring | 400K OTE (50/50 split)
Our client is a global leader in monitoring and observability solutions for hybrid IT environments. With a strong global footprint. They provide real-time insights to over 4,500 organizations worldwide. The Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) division is a strategic growth area, and they are now looking for a visionary leader to drive the next phase of expansion.
The Role
As Managing Director DEM, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 45 FTE, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You will be responsible for scaling the business from $13M to $30M ARR within five years. You will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer impact, shaping both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial and technical teams within the DEM unit
- Redesign the GTM strategy by introducing Sales-Led Growth into a Product-Led Growth-driven business
- Improve YoY growth and Net Retention Rate through a strong focus on customer value and product impact
- Strengthen product positioning through enhanced usability, faster time-to-value, and clear USPs
- Work with leading clients such as Nvidia, SAP, and Microsoft
- Collaborate closely with C-Suite - CEO, CPO, CTO, and CFO
Must-Haves
- Experience as a GTM leader with technical credibility, or as an ex-Founder/CEO/MD with a strong product background
- A blend of experience with both Product-Led Growth and Sales-Led Growth strategies
- A proven track record in strategic enterprise sales
- Leadership of international, cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
Nice to Haves
- Background in IT or monitoring
- Experience in PE-backed environments
- Knowledge of Customer Success and Account Management frameworks and ability to executive
