Your Mission

Making sure that all our users can create amazing content!

As a Product Designer, you collaborate closely with the product team to shape the success of our product, aligning with the PO’s brief, planning, and company priorities. You gather feedback on improving Foleon Docs and user ambitions, translating insights into intuitive and effective Product UI designs.

Once a project is committed to the product roadmap, you refine the concept alongside the product design team. From there, you drive the design process toward a final, polished version, ensuring a seamless handover to development.

Your Focus

At its core, your role is to deliver high-quality designs that align with project goals and user needs. You ensure that designs meet the required specifications (e.g., PRD) to address user pain points and are fully prepared for development.

During the Define/Design phases, you take a proactive approach—critically evaluating use cases, requirements, and planning while making thoughtful design decisions that consider their broader implications.

During Delivery, you work closely with the development team to ensure final designs are implemented as accurately as possible.

Also

• Driving innovation and evolving Foleon’s UI, maintaining and expanding a centralized UI Kit.
• Keeping Foleon’s product stylebook up to date and ensuring consistency across all designs.
• Educating product designers, developers, and stakeholders on best practices for UX/UI implementation.
• Structuring Figma files with clear organization and instructions for designers, developers, and product owners.
• Creating prototypes to visualize design concepts, engage stakeholders in new feature ideation, and build an archive of ideas and vision for the future.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in web design, including at least 3 years focused on UX/UI.
• A relevant education at a higher professional (Bachelor) level.
• Strong creative skills in UX/UI design.
• A pixel-perfect portfolio that showcases your best work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Jira.
