Responsibilities:

• Manage the employee work life cycle (recruitment, contract negotiation, onboarding, offboarding…)
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• In charge of Facility Management in Geneva office
