The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.

CONTEXT / ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager Officer, to be a member of the Mobility team, one of the leading providers for fuel card and mobility services in Europe and a brand Edenred. Using the UTA platform, commercial customers are able to refuel via cashless payment solutions across 48.000 petrol stations in 40 European countries irrespective of the fuel supplier, as well as to receive further in-transit-related services (toll, repair, etc.).

POSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager Officer your main responsibilities will be:

• Budget management (Budget / Forecast / Consumed / P&L)
• Maintain team workload plan
• Ensure team capacity is in line with upcoming projects
• Create reports and progress reports on various projects
• Monitor and communicate progress of the project (quality / cost / deadline)
• Follow consumed workload by the team
• Monitor project risks
• Ensure the quality of the project
• Adapt / improve working methodology
• Participate in the drafting of materials for the various committees (Coproj / Steerco / etc.)
• Drafting of minutes and associated action plans
• Create, monitor, and communicate project progress while improving project methodologies
• Standardize processes and documentation to streamline operations and enhance project quality
• Facilitate effective communication within the teams and across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to upskill team members and support their professional growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new team members and foster a positive working culture
• Analyze project data to extract conclusions and insights that drive continuous improvement and decision-making
• Promote a culture of belonging and inclusion, ensuring a healthy working environment, in close collaboration with the leads.

REQUIRED SKILLS & profile

• Strong autonomy, flexibility, adaptability and pragmatism
• Experience in managing international deployment projects
• Very good written communication (English)
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and improve methodologies to enhance project quality
• Expertise in developing and delivering training programs and ensuring effective communication within the team and across stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize and convey messages effectively through PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to coordinate several major projects
• Proven ability to act as a facilitator in a complex organization
• Work in local and remote multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to understand business and technical issues
• Ease with formalism (PowerPoint / Excel / Word)
• Fluent in English
• Teamwork.
