Senior HR Business Partner

Reporting to: HR Director

We're on a bold journey of transformation and expansion – and we’re looking for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help lead the way. In this high-impact role, you’ll work side by side with senior leaders across multiple critical areas such as commercial, service delivery and operations. While the primary focus is on supporting mature markets in the Nordics, the role also plays an important part in supporting our emerging markets currently across North America and working with business expansion and M&A projects. Your mission is to align people strategies with business goals, enabling performance, scalability, and long-term success.


As a trusted advisor, you’ll support leaders across the full value chain – from customer demand through to service delivery – shaping workforce strategies that drive growth and operational excellence. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our Shared Service Center, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with business needs and delivers consistent, high-quality services.


This role is a member of the Unified HR leadership team, and plays an active role in functional leadership teams, helping to embed a high-performance, collaborative culture across our organization.


This is a global role that requires travelling to key markets to collaborate directly with business leaders and support strategic initiatives on the ground.



Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and line managers contributing to the development and execution of business strategies through effective people planning. Implement our People Plan within designated functions, reinforcing a strong HR Business Partner model.
  • Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Development & Organizational Design: Drive workforce and talent development planning and actively contribute to Talent Acquisition by collaborating with hiring managers and the CoE to define hiring needs, participate in selection processes, and ensure timely hiring of key talent. Support organizational design initiatives to align structure with current and future business needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Implementation of compensation and benefits programs and practices, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness, and partnering with the Compensation & Benefits CoE on salary reviews and reward strategies & practices
  • Change Management & Transformation Support: Partner with leadership to guide and execute people aspects of the company’s transformation and growth initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and organizational resilience.
  • Expansion and M&A: Work closely with HR Director and other key stakeholders in supporting in M&A and business expansion projects from an HR perspective, including due diligence, integration planning, organizational design, and change management to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with company culture and practices.
  • HR Data & Insights: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to generate insights that inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of people strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Work close with the HR team to ensure HR practices across countries comply with local labor laws and internal policies, managing risk in a complex, multi-country environment
  • Collaboration with Unified HR team: Partner with HR CoEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) and People services team to bring business requirements for development and improvement of HR processes. Also deploy global programs and tailor them to functional needs.
  • Lead or contribute to HR project: Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices, while actively participating as a member of key organizational and functional leadership teams.


Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Strong experience (7+) working as an HR Business Partner, working independently with senior leaders across multiple countries and regions, including commercial organizations and functions
  • Demonstrated ability to support in M&A initiatives, expansion or working with new markets
  • Understanding of global mobility programs, including experience with expatriate management, relocation policies, and compliance with international labor laws
  • Experience in building and scaling shared service capabilities and ensuring alignment with global business needs is seen as a benefit
  • Knowledge in designing and managing commission models for commercial teams in several locations is seen as a benefit
  • Knowledge of AI or HR technologies is considered an advantage
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into effective and high-quality operational execution
  • Strong understanding of change management, performance & talent management
  • Strong social and influencing skills and coaching skills
  • Proven track record of following through on implementation of HR processes with positive impact
  • Fluent in English
