Utilizing advanced analytics tools like Tableau and Looker, we optimize product performance through data-driven decisions and A/B testing. What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years Unity (2D & 3D) production experience shipping mobile games.
- Expertise at C#. Experience to build clean, testable, modular architecture with SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with ScriptableObjects, event systems, singletons, state machine systems.
- Practical knowledge of Dependency Injection / Service Locator, Factory, Singleton and other design patterns.
- Proven ability to design and maintain puzzle, hybrid-casual, or idle loops and in-game economies
- Hands-on integration with Firebase, RevenueCat, Adjust, AppLovin MAX (or similar SDKs)
- Full release pipeline knowledge for iOS & Android (build, sign, store deployment)
- Comfort scaling prototypes into large, maintainable codebases
- Keen eye for gameplay design polishing, player-centric interaction details.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remote config / live-ops tooling
- Familiarity with Addressables or other runtime asset-management systems
- Exposure to analytics-driven balancing or A/B testing workflows
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building core gameplay systems, meta-loops, and tools for new and live titles
- Owning features from whiteboard to store launch, profiling and optimizing along the way
- Collaborating with designers, artists, and marketers to hit fun & KPI goals fast
- Reviewing code, documenting best practices, and mentoring teammates as we scale
- Maintaining existing projects—bug fixing, refactoring, and shipping content updates
