Which tasks can you expect?

As a people coach you will be

• responsible for the talent management of the Engineers within their squads and to make sure people can expand their strengths.
• ensuring squads contains the right capabilities (e.g., initiate recruiting, guide development) in mixed squads (on shore/off shore)
• encouraging personal development, gathering feedback and having the final assessment for the Engineers within your squads;
• giving feedback to squad members on a regular basis.
  
  

As an Agile Coach you will be

• coaching the teams in their journey on agility: you see the needs of the specific teams and act upon it accordingly by experimenting if necessary.
• promoting continuous improvement within the Tribe, in close collaboration with other agile coaches.
• helping teams out in self-organization.
• contributing to the SD Worx agile coach community
  
  

What do you have to offer?

• 3+ years of experience executing agile projects in large, complex environments.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and training new agile teams.
• Deep understanding of agile values, principles, and practices.
• Hands on experience in agile methodologies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
