Danone IT & Data is seeking a Product Analyst- HCP Engagement Technology, AMEA, based in Istanbul. The role will be part of a product squad delivering technical marketing and HCP engagement product enhancements Markets the Africa, Middle East and Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements
• Requirements Communication Help the Product Owner to communicate and explain the business needs in a way that everyone understands
• Data Analysis and Insights Generation Identifying patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform product strategy and decision-making
• Risk management Support the Product Owner in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Product
• Acceptance Criteria Refinement Works with the Product Owner to refine the guidelines for when a requirement is considered complete and ready for release
• Continuous Improvement Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users to identify areas for improvement
• Stakeholder communication Supports the Product Owner to communicate with the stakeholders to understand them as much as possible
• Product Performance Analysis Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance product effectiveness and profitability
  
  

Key Deliverables

• Inputs to the product value and backlog content definition
• Product backlog alignment. Inputs to backlog creation, prioritization
• Contributes to user stories and other product artefacts, as required
• Contributes inputs to the Product roadmap
  
  

About You

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent field of study.
• Previous experience in Martech including Consumer or Health care professional engagement, CRM, and content management solutions.
• Previous experience working in Product or Agile Teams.
• Skills Proficiency in English, excellent written and communication skills. Capability to express complex concepts in business language for stakeholder management.
