About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join IT Team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: 

• Provide Technical Support and Help Desk assistance to employees, addressing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems via various communication channels. ·
• Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings. 
• Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets. 
•  Provide "Hands & Feet" support for the movement of IT assets. 
• Participate in Support & Incident management following ITIL processes.

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• A student at a hospitality school or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
• Available to start in August or September.
