We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Manager to join our client, a Top-Tier Strategy Consultancy that is growing its Metals & Mining practice in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise in the Steel, Aluminum, or Iron Ore sectors and a proven track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategy engagements across the metals and mining value chain – from extraction to downstream processing.

Work directly with C-suite executives and government stakeholders to define and execute high-impact strategic initiatives.

Develop and mentor junior consultants, ensuring project excellence and team development.

Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership in the sector.

Translate complex industry and market dynamics into actionable insights and recommendations.

Contribute to the growth of the practice by building long-term client relationships and expanding firm presence in the region.

Required Qualifications

6–10 years of relevant experience, including:

Experience in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, etc.), OR

Corporate strategy/business development roles within leading metals & mining companies.

Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Steel, Aluminum, or Iron Ore sectors.

Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering end-to-end consulting engagements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
