Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our expanding product team. The right candidate will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, crafting in-depth PRDs to deliver the right product features. She / he will have in-depth product knowledge, understanding of systems data flows, and passion for data-led decision making.

You’ll work across our platforms, frontend or backend, web or app to deliver complex features by understanding the business needs, writing in-depth PRDs and work with technology team to ship in a timely manner.

Key pillars of Product Management

1. Product Leadership

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery to final delivery and then monitor metrics for any fallouts
• Collaborate with Product designers, Developers, and Key Stakeholders to define user problems and deliver data-informed solutions
• Define Product Strategy and roadmap for your products in coordination with the stakeholders

2. Data led decision making

• Data-led decision making to identify gaps in customer journey and build features to solve it
• Define a product roadmap that is based on clearly defined and measurable outcomes
• Benchmark performance against industry standards or competitors to make the right decisions

3. Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology to align product experiences
• Prioritize features by advocating for the user while understanding technical feasibility and business value
• Create user flows and wireframes to communicate the feature requirements to business or the technology teams

4. Thought Leadership

• Build solutions that take into consideration user needs for tomorrow, are scalable and influence the business stakeholders to prioritize
• Keep updated about the future of Product, technology, business as well as competitors
• Identify growth opportunities for business across functional domains and translate into actionable items

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Experience working with Technology team in a Sprint based development process
• Previously led / been part of the development of website (desktop / mobile) or app for B2C customers
• Experience in fintech, payment, trading, or financial services.
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity or others to make informed decisions
• Understanding of A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Optimize or others
• Experience of tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Lucid Chart, Visio, Trello, etc.
• Experience of building 0->1 products or scaling products from 1-> 100
• Strong understanding of Excel to analyze data, past SQL experience a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• STEM degree would be preferable
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma, Axure, Miro, etc.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue, React) for website and React Native for app
• Familiarity with metrics such as NPS, conversion, churn, others
