Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our expanding product team. This role is ideal for someone who blends design thinking, user-centricity, and business awareness with technical execution to shape powerful trading experiences.

You’ll work across our digital product suite — From web platforms, mobile apps to client platforms and CRM systems — crafting intuitive, scalable, and impactful user interfaces. From wireframes to final UI designs, you’ll be a key contributor in delivering products that meet both user needs and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Key Stakeholders to define user problems and deliver data-informed solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.

2. UI/UX Excellence

• Champion pixel-perfect design and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Develop and refine UI libraries and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
• Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into continuous design improvement.

3. Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology to align product experiences with brand and business goals.
• Contribute to feature prioritisation by advocating for the user while understanding technical feasibility and business value.

4. Design Governance & Brand Alignment

• Ensure all designs follow all of our visual identity, accessibility guidelines, and regional compliance standards.
• Help shape and uphold product design principles, ensuring consistency across products.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for both mobile and desktop.
• Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Experience in complex dashboard design.
• Only applications with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX thinking and execution will be considered.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with motion design (After Effects, Lottie) or interactive prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie).
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue, React) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
