Mobile Lead

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Engineer, Mobile with deep expertise in Flutter to drive the development of our next-generation mobile applications. In this role, you will lead a team of mobile engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and set the technical direction for our mobile app strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile apps.
• Mentor and manage a team of mobile engineers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve product quality and team productivity.
• Ensure mobile apps meet high standards of performance, usability, and reliability.
• Drive CI/CD strategies for fast and safe releases.
• Own and maintain documentation for mobile architecture and development processes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 5 years building Flutter apps in production.
• Deep knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), including deployment and app store guidelines.
• Experience in leading engineering teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices (TDD, version control, performance optimization).
• Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, GraphQL, etc.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift).
• Familiarity with DevOps for mobile (CI/CD pipelines, test automation).
