Senior Software Engineer

About the Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, including over 2 years focused on building Android applications with Kotlin.
• Strong grasp of core computer science concepts, including data structures and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of features from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
• Actively leveraging generative AI technologies to address user needs and streamline development workflows.

About the Role:

• Lead the development of scalable, high-quality Android features using Kotlin and/or RxJava, with a strong focus on performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists—to deliver impactful and user-centric solutions.
• Contribute to code and design reviews to ensure clean, consistent, and efficient code across the codebase.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and opportunities, driving innovative and scalable solutions from concept to implementation.
• Take full ownership of feature development, ensuring delivery meets both technical requirements and business goals.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable Android components that support long-term efficiency and operational excellence.
• Work closely with stakeholders to navigate and resolve complex product, business, and legal challenges in a structured and scalable manner.
• Support team growth by participating in interviews and helping to attract top engineering talent.
• Mentor peers and promote a strong engineering culture rooted in collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
