Product Development Manager (Product Authentication and Counterfeit Production)

Job scope

THE ROLE & WHERE YOU COME IN

• Formulation and incorporation of advanced materials for counterfeit protection applications

• Perform mass data sampling and analysis to draw insights for more data-centric decision-making

• Conduct spectrum recognition, analysis, and routine QC samples performance

• Design, build and test prototypes at proof-of-concept (POC) stage

• Support trial and production runs (local and/or overseas)

• Prepare technical sales & marketing materials to support communications, content creation and product demonstration

• Conduct market research to evaluate business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

▪ Dip. Sc / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in chemistry, chemical engineering, material sciences or relevant disciplines

▪ Comfortable with working in a laboratory environment

▪ Comfortable with rapid validations and adaptable to constant changes in a startup environment

▪ Goal-oriented, proactive problem solver who is capable of independently executing research, product and process development projects.

▪ Excellent teamwork and communication skills - able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and is a strong team player

▪ Strong organizational skills and attention to details

▪ Extremely curious learner with a growth mindset
