Responsibilities:

• Define and help with AI strategy proposals and create opportunities with clients
• Lead the design and implementation of AI platform and use cases
• Drive MLOps strategy across the machine learning lifecycle (development to monitoring)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders effectively
• Lead a team, mentor and support junior team members (data scientists, AI engineers etc)

Skills:

• 12-15 years of experience in analytics or machine learning and AI with a strong delivery record.
• A degree (bachelors/masters) in computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field
• Expertise in coding in Python, Java, or C++ and MLOps tools
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively partner, influence, and instill confidence with stakeholders across all functional teams.
• Good organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus and able to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs.
• Strong quantitative skills with a “data first” mindset. Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• A proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines
