About The Company

Our client is a global leader in the commodities trading and agri-business sector. The Singapore office functions with a lean structure, emphasizing teamwork, trust, and reliability. As part of a succession plan, the company is seeking a grounded and capable HR Generalist to join the HR team and support its growing needs.

The Role

This is a hands-on HR generalist role for someone who thrives in operational execution, values stability, and is looking for a supportive environment. Youll be part of a collaborative team and report directly to the APAC HR Director, managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting a variety of HR functions, including:

  • HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)
  • Payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Recruitment and onboarding coordination
  • Performance management tracking and support
  • HR policy implementation and employee relations
  • Compliance, audits, and documentation


About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • Well-versed in Singapore employment law and HR processes
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Holds a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Only open to candidates who do not require employment sponsorship
