As part of a succession plan, the company is seeking a grounded and capable HR Generalist to join the HR team and support its growing needs.
The Role
This is a hands-on HR generalist role for someone who thrives in operational execution, values stability, and is looking for a supportive environment. Youll be part of a collaborative team and report directly to the APAC HR Director, managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting a variety of HR functions, including:
- HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)
- Payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Recruitment and onboarding coordination
- Performance management tracking and support
- HR policy implementation and employee relations
- Compliance, audits, and documentation
- A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Well-versed in Singapore employment law and HR processes
- Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- Holds a degree in Human Resources or related field
