Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources
• Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions
• Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities
• Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation)
• Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team
  

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment
• Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentation
• Experience establishing processes and driving automation initiatives
  

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferred
