• Ensure compliance with regulations and handle license submissions (SFA, IRAS).
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track budgets, process payments, and monitor project schedules.
• Prepare status reports and provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Facilities, Building, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
