Senior Software Developer (1818_82201)

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with a range of skills to work across the full technology stack on some of the company's core software applications. You will join a talented development team, helping them to scale the business through the delivery of high value, high quality software.

You will contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing clean and efficient code to design and develop robust, scalable and secure features.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:

• design and develop new products and feature writing clean, performant and tested code;
• seek ways to optimize current code base and architecture to enhance applications performance, reliability and security;
• collaborate with other developers, team leads and stakeholders to ensure that we're always building the right solution;
• participate in peer code reviews;
• share expertise with other members of the team.
  
  

Hard Skills

The resource should also have the following skills:

• master degree in Computer Science or related field;
• knowledge of both spoken and written English;
• strong working knowledge of at least one server side web framework (Laravel, RubyonRails...);
• strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals;
• good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript;
• dedication to TDD approach, refactoring, code review and other quality-oriented practices;
• an understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
