🚀 What You’ll Do

Be the Link Between People and Performance:

You’ll support our dealer network with everything related to the Used Car operations – from tools and systems to business processes. You’ll become the friendly go-to person they trust for solutions and advice.

Turn Insights Into Action:

You’ll dive into data, track KPIs, and help us continuously improve our processes. You won’t just report numbers – you’ll help us understand what they mean and how we can do better.

Become a Digital Tool Expert:

From auction platforms to sales performance dashboards – you’ll quickly master the systems we use and help others do the same.

Collaborate Across Teams:

You’ll work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Finance and external partners. You’ll build strong relationships and see how every part of the business fits together.

👀 Who You Are

• You’ve just completed (or are about to complete) a Master’s degree
• You’re curious, analytical, and have a hands-on mentality
• You’re a natural communicator – in English and Dutch or French
• You’re excited about the future of mobility and want to grow in a dynamic, international company
• You may not be a “car expert” yet – but you’re open to learning and eager to contribute with your drive to find solutions
• You can work from our offices in Bornem, Belgium (3days/week)
