We are on the lookout for a Mobile Developer to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an Near site position.

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

Your Role

• Architecture, design and implementation of web/mobile applications.
• Analysis and documentation of requirements following the standards and methodologies established by the contracting authority.
• Participate in the analysis and design of database schemas/tables/etc.
• Data analysis and data modelling.
• Prototyping.
• Development/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications.
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks.
• Integration with other applications/systems.
• Production of technical documentation.
• Formulation and/or elaboration of test cases/programs.
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of the system (s).
• Participation in meetings with the contracting authority, project teams and user groups.

Requirements

Who we think you are:

• At least 2 years of specific expertise in Angular development framework - version 18 or newer
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in mobile (native/hybrid) application design and development;
• At least 2 years of specific expertise using mobile development frameworks (e.g. Ionic or React native or a similar one) to develop mobile applications;
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Very good knowledge of Angular development framework (version 18 or newer) for developing mobile applications;
• Very good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS;
• Very good knowledge of web (progressive) and/or mobile (native/hybrid) application design and development;
• Good knowledge of mobile development frameworks (e.g. Ionic or React native or a similar one) to develop mobile applications;
• Knowledge of J2EE including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services;
• Knowledge of Application Servers (e.g. Oracle WebLogic Server);
• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, etc.);
• Good knowledge of continuous delivery and Application Lifecycle Management tools (Bamboo, JIRA, Git, etc.);
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Ability to apply high quality standards;
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in the domain of document management;
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Analysis and problem solving skills;
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills;
• Very good knowledge of English (both written and oral).
