Job Description:

We're looking for a forward thinking Social Media Manager who has strong skills in both digital and traditional marketing landscapes. The successful candidate will lead innovative Social marketing campaigns that effectively engage and expand our audience while driving measurable results.The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing content across various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Discord.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and implement social media strategies for Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Daily Content Creation: Post engaging, timely content that reflects crypto market trends, with research support.
• Community Engagement: Foster and manage interactions with other team members across all platforms to build a vibrant and responsive community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance using platform analytics, compile weekly performance reports, and provide insights to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with Content Team: Work closely with the content team to maintain a cohesive social media approach.
• Growth Initiatives: Promote our community and affiliate partnerships to encourage user engagement and subscriptions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing content across multiple social media platforms, with a strong focus on Twitter.
• Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of the crypto market and blockchain technology.
• Content Creation and Engagement Skills: Ability to create engaging content and build relationships with a diverse audience.
• Analytics Proficiency: Competence in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in content creation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Content Tools: Experience with digital tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

Compensation

• Monthly compensation of $2000 to $3000, based on experience and contractual agreement. Payments will be made in stablecoin (USDT).
