Overview:
We are seeking a Tech Lead Developer to join a dynamic dispute resolution program team. This team builds innovative digital services to improve dispute processing speed, reduce paperwork, and enhance access to documentation and case data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with architects to design robust solutions.
- Lead end-to-end software development efforts using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and support hiring by evaluating technical candidates.
- Manage relationships with vendors and oversee their technical strategy and execution.

Required Experience:
