Overview:

We are seeking a Tech Lead Developer to join a dynamic dispute resolution program team. This team builds innovative digital services to improve dispute processing speed, reduce paperwork, and enhance access to documentation and case data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with architects to design robust solutions.
• Lead end-to-end software development efforts using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Mentor junior developers and support hiring by evaluating technical candidates.
• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee their technical strategy and execution.
• Define project goals and maintain quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist internal teams with software-related needs and guide platform architecture evolution.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of software development and IT project experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, NoSQL (MongoDB), and React.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools and methodologies including Jenkins, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of public/private cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
