We're looking for a mid-level SQL & Power BI Specialist to help us build real-time, secure, and scalable analytics systems for B2B clients. You’ll be working with live data platforms, not just reports — and shaping how data enables smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve SQL-based analytical databases
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and datasets
• Use version control (e.g. Git) for SQL and BI assets
• Document your logic, flows, and structures clearly
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Think beyond requirements — suggest improvements and spot opportunities
• Contribute to secure, scalable, IP-conscious architecture

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server (creating effective databases, views, stored procedures, indexing, etc.)
• Skills in Power BI (Power Query & DAX, visuals, modeling)
• Familiarity with version control workflows in data projects
• Ability to create structured documentation for maintainability
• Curiosity about how businesses work (finance, ops, sales KPIs)
• Willingness to challenge legacy thinking and innovate

Bonus (great to have some)

• Power Apps and Power Automate experience
• Python, Azure, or Excel skills
• Experience with automation or AI-enhanced reporting
