AMZ Bees is a high growth business with a close team of highly motivated specialists with a common mission. We provide full-service Amazon account management to busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. We take care of the e-commerce health of their organizations. They take care of other important aspects of their business and life.


Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team, so we're expanding our Strategic Department with more Account Executives. We're on the lookout for someone with strategic Amazon account management skills, ready and eager to help brands develop and scale.


Key Responsibilities

๐ŸŸ  Client Expertise: Dive deep into understanding each clientโ€™s business, products, competitors, and niche specialties to turn their requirements into actionable steps.

๐ŸŸ  Strategic Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive account strategies tailored to each clientโ€™s goals.

๐ŸŸ  Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to uncover insights, understand performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

๐ŸŸ  Revenue and Market Share Growth: Drive increased revenue and market share in your designated territory and industry, using our teamโ€™s proven techniques.

๐ŸŸ  Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to set and achieve (or exceed!) revenue targets.

๐ŸŸ  Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction is sky-high and the churn rate stays low.

๐ŸŸ  PPC Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the advertising team to align on PPC strategies that meet client goals and objectives.

๐ŸŸ  Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to account performance, implementing solutions quickly and effectively.

๐ŸŸ  Performance Reporting: Deliver highly insightful and detailed monthly reports on account performance to clients, ensuring they feel confident and informed.

๐ŸŸ  Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest Amazon trends and industry best practices to ensure our team remains informed and our clients' products stay competitive.

๐ŸŸ  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and client success.

๐ŸŸ  Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior colleagues on Amazon tools and best practices to empower them to manage accounts effectively.


Requirements

๐ŸŸ  Proactive and Dedicated: Youโ€™re proactive and dedicated to your projects, far beyond the typical clock-in-clock-out mindset.

๐ŸŸ  Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinking is your forte, and you can clearly articulate your strategies, always placing yourself in the shoes of the client.

๐ŸŸ  Fluent in English: Fluent English speaking and writing skills are a MUST.

๐ŸŸ  Fluent in Lithuanian: Fluent Lithuanian speaking and writing skills are a MUST.

๐ŸŸ  Experience: Preferably, you have 1-3 years of experience in developing and growing Amazon brands and businesses.

๐ŸŸ  Education: Youโ€™ve achieved higher education in a relevant field of study.

๐ŸŸ  Proven Track Record: Your track record showcases your knack for developing successful brands or demonstrates your skills as a strategist.

๐ŸŸ  Trend Awareness: Youโ€™re always in the loop with current and future trends in the e-commerce industry, especially on the Amazon platform.

๐ŸŸ  Innovative and Improvement-Oriented: Innovation and process improvement are in your DNA.
