Java Software Engineer

You will:

Help, process and optimize data on Garmin Connect, Garmin Marine and garmin.com ecosystem, that support millions of users worldwide
Take on complex, high performance challenges with cutting-edge technologies
Collaborate with an international team to solve challenges in multiple industries

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Java and OOP principles
Proficiency experience in designing, enhancing and developing complex Java microservices (Spring Boot) or cloud-native applications
Strong understanding of Spring Framework
Good knowledge of web services (REST)
Knowledgeable about relational or non-relational databases
Good knowledge of unit testing
Good understanding of design patterns
Good usage skills of development tools (source control, development environment, issue tracking)
Good knowledge of building tools and continuous delivery
3+ years of relevant work experience*
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Team player
