ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with software development and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable software releases.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Develops and configures tools to enable automation of database administration tasks.
- Monitor and maintain high availability of production systems.
- Ensure security compliance by implementing security practices and monitoring tools.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related role.
- Advanced experience in automation tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Advanced experience in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, AWS CDK.
- Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Advanced scripting skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge of networking and Linux/Windows administration.
- Good knowledge of security and compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and administration such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL
- Advanced experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana, Zabbix, CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Participate in one of the company activities (tech lead/content creator/guild/mentoring /interview)
