Tasks

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sessions, bookings, revenue, conversions etc.) from metasearch engines. Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports.

  • Quality Assurance:

Assist in testing and verifying fare accuracy, availability and pricing consistency across platforms and LHG.coms.

  • API & Troubleshooting Support

Assist in managing and monitoring the airline’s API connections with metasearch partners. Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely bug fixes or discrepancies in pricing data across platforms.

  • Documentation & Process Improvement:

Assist in maintaining documentation and identifying opportunities to improve workflows or automate recurring tasks.

  • Ad hoc task:

Support Metasearch team with daily business tasks, organization of partner meetings, creation of presentations and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a ranging from 40-100% workload is preferred
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Experience with data tools like Google Analytics is an asset
  • Curiosity about the aviation industry and digital travel ecosystems
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
