π Your RoleAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, youβll be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that empower teams across the organization. Youβll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design data models, and deliver reports that guide decision-making at every level.
What Youβll Do:
- π Analyze data from multiple sources to surface insights on performance, growth, and efficiency
- π Build dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- π§ Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, build queries, and interpret trends
- π§© Develop and maintain data models and visualizations that are accurate and user-friendly
- π Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines
- π Provide ad-hoc analysis to support product, finance, marketing, and operations teams
- π Help define and implement best practices for BI governance and data literacy
- 3β5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data visualization best practices
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Fluency in English (German and/or French is a plus π©πͺπ«π·)
- Based in Switzerland or with valid Swiss work authorization
Bonus: experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) or Python/R for data analysis.
