Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience to join our dynamic team in an entrepreneurial organization focused on MedTech/HealthTech solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing projects from initiation to completion. A curious and open-minded attitude, combined with a passion for learning and contributing, with innovative ideas to discussions, will be key to success in this role.

In this role, you will ensure project structure, facilitate coordination between teams and resources, and maintain clear documentation for both stakeholders and internal reporting. You will also engage with clients, leveraging your understanding of our product offerings to propose solutions and identify new opportunities. Additionally, you will provide project support as needed, including assisting with specification writing, testing new features, and contributing to discussions on how to implement client requests.

This position is full-time and permanent, based in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports for stakeholders and internal use, while writing specifications and maintaining records of project activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging in discussions to present tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
• Gain a foundational understanding of the company’s product portfolio to effectively discuss capabilities and limitations with clients.
• Collaborate closely with teams, fostering innovation and ensuring accountability to meet project milestones.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of senior project management experience, preferably in the MedTech or HealthTech sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a smaller organizational setting.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills to ensure project clarity and transparency.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively with diverse (technical and non-technical) teams and clients.
• A driven, proactive, and hands-on attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience with medical products, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), or similar systems is considered an advantage.
