Dräger Nordic has approximately 190 employees with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and we are now looking for a Nordic Product Manager to join our product marketing team.
In this role you will be a part of a team of 3 Product Managers and 2 Application Specialists and work closely with the Nordic sales team. You will report to Head of Hospital Segment, Nordics.
As this is a Nordic role, we do not have a preferred location, as you can work from home office or live close by one of our offices in Gothenburg, Copenhagen or Oslo. You will be required to travel in this role, approximately once a week, and it is preferred to live in a relatively close distance to an airport.
What will you do?
As Product Manager for Neonatal Care & Ventilation, you are specialized in your product area and will be responsible for marketing strategy, short-term marketing actions as well as application support in the Nordics. Your product will include incubators and thermoregulation as well as adult, pediatric and neonatal ventilation.
Organizing local events for users to promote Dräger products and to support Dräger solutions building on our role as a trusted advisor will be an important part of your job, as will planning and organizing demos of equipment for complex sales and strategic accounts.
Your tasks will include to plan and execute product launches for new and existing products in the Nordic markets, drive revenue, profitability and market share through the development and implementation of measures. You do this by using the entire marketing mix, e.g., obtaining and maintaining customer references, evaluation of various sales channels, corrective actions, promotions. You will also do regular analyses of the business development and short-term activities of competitors as well as deriving of fields of actions.

On the formal side you
- have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and specialized as Neonatal nurse or intensive care nurse
- preferably, you have several years’ experience of product management/marketing role
- experience using digital tools and is comfortable to work in a CRM system
- are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian languages, preferably more
- have excellent communication and presentation skills and are used to adapting your communication based on different stakeholders
