Human Resources Information System Analyst
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive HR efficiency and enhance employee experiences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our team and lead the optimization of our HR systems and data.
About the Role
As our HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). You’ll play a critical role in streamlining HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful workforce analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Analyze, design, and implement HR systems enhancements or upgrades.
- Partner with HR and IT to troubleshoot issues and identify system improvements.
- Generate and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business and HR initiatives.
- Train end-users on new features, tools, and best practices.
- Support system integrations with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in HRIS administration (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data reporting and visualization (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Excellent understanding of HR operations, workflows, and compliance needs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
