Head of Performance Marketing

About the Role:


We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing

to lead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will oversee all performance

channels—Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Lead Generation—ensuring ROI-focused

execution aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate is not only deeply experienced in Dubai’s competitive real estate landscape

but also brings a track record of building, managing, and mentoring high-performance teams.

You must be a strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of working cross-functionally

with creative, tech, and sales teams to deliver exceptional growth outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube,

TikTok, and more.

* Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CAC, and lead-to-close ratios.

* Manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team of media buyers, analysts, and

coordinators.

* Collaborate closely with MarTech, Content, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure full-funnel

performance.

* Oversee budget planning, pacing, and forecasting with weekly and monthly reporting

dashboards.

* Analyze and interpret campaign data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.

* Own the marketing attribution model, optimizing for multi-touch journeys.

* Identify and test new channels, tools, and trends to stay ahead of industry changes.

* Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data flow across ad platforms and analytics tools.

Requirements

* 10+ years of Digital marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in Dubai’s real estate industry

* Proven leadership of performance marketing teams with hands-on campaign management

experience.

* Deep understanding of real estate buyer journeys and developer ecosystems in Dubai.

* Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Youtube Ads, Snapchat and Tiktok

Ads

* Experience managing monthly media budgets of AED 1M+ with high accountability.

* Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance measurement skills.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).


Good to Have:


* Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools

* Familiarity with MarTech and automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom dashboards.

* Background in building or optimizing YouTube ad strategies or video funnels.

* Exposure to SEO, CRO, or organic growth strategies.

* Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Growth Marketing programs.

* Experience launching performance campaigns for luxury or off-plan real estate.

* Experience working closely with a creative or production team to ensure ad-message fit.
