An elite proprietary trading team based in Dubai is hiring a Quantitative Analyst to extract alpha from data and support new trading strategies.

You will:

• Analyze large-scale market and alternative datasets to uncover trading signals
• Build and backtest predictive models for various asset classes
• Collaborate with traders and ML engineers on research and tooling
• Design risk frameworks and portfolio management logic

You should have:

• 2–5 years in a quantitative finance or research setting
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with pandas/numpy
• Experience with time-series analysis or tick data
• A data-first mindset with a strong focus on practical outcomes
