Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

• HP & Aruba Switching Experience
• Ruckus Wireless Controllers & Access points troubleshooting skills.
• Akamai and Route 53 Experience.
• Accopps & SolarWinds Tools experience.
• Perform day-to-day Network operations with minimal support.
• Knowledge about weekly & monthly reports, ITSM tool & process
• Can handle P1/P2 incidents without any technical support
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior network staff.
• Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning
