We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer joining us as the first engineer. We value hands on attitude and high-problem solving skills more than anything.

• NextJS w Typescript, for both frontend and backend

• We’re still in the early-stage, just incorporated.
• We have a beta version used by our 10+ design partners, so you’ll contribute to & shape the core architecture.
• Product is being tested and launch is around the corner.
• Collaborate remotely with our team with a hub in Winterthur, and work in a flexible framework.
• Unusual business restrictions, compliance & a high degree of complexity.

• Ability to own projects end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience with JS-based backends & Typescript.
• 3+ years of experience with React & Typescript.
• Strong experience with API architecture, complex data models & data accessing.
• Strong proficiency in software testing strategies, security & architecture best practices.
• Database first way of thinking: Data integrity while maintaining flexibility wrt to data models is key.
• [Bonus]: Experience with LLMs and ML pipelines (we’re building several AI features for our customers).
