We’re looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer joining us as the first engineer. We value hands on attitude and high-problem solving skills more than anything.
- NextJS w Typescript, for both frontend and backend
- Postgres w Drizzle
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS w sst
- VercelAI SDK
- We’re still in the early-stage, just incorporated.
- We have a beta version used by our 10+ design partners, so you’ll contribute to & shape the core architecture.
- Product is being tested and launch is around the corner.
- Collaborate remotely with our team with a hub in Winterthur, and work in a flexible framework.
- Unusual business restrictions, compliance & a high degree of complexity.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end.
- 3+ years of experience with JS-based backends & Typescript.
- 3+ years of experience with React & Typescript.
- Strong experience with API architecture, complex data models & data accessing.
- Strong proficiency in software testing strategies, security & architecture best practices.
- Database first way of thinking: Data integrity while maintaining flexibility wrt to data models is key.
- [Bonus]: Experience with LLMs and ML pipelines (we’re building several AI features for our customers).
- Being hands-on. We are looking for people that own their work and get things done.
- You understand the philosophy: make it work, make it right, make it fast.
- You have experiences in system design and scalable architecture.
- You are driven by tests to keep the architecture as simple as possible (no over-engineering).
- You understand the stakes of building fast and staying flexible to update any piece of code if needed.
- You love creating a project from scratch and see it scaling as a product solving a pain for many customers.
