About the Role:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned .NET engineer who thrives on problem-solving and takes pride in keeping critical systems running smoothly. We’re looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to step into a high-impact role supporting the backbone of our business — a mature, feature-rich C# MVC application used every day across our organization.

This is a hands-on support and light enhancement role, ideal for someone who’s comfortable diving into legacy code, debugging with focus, and collaborating with global teams to keep things running without disruption. If you’re dependable, curious, and steady under pressure — we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of application issues during U.S. business hours (8am to 5pm ET)
• Troubleshoot incidents and production issues across a 15+ year-old C# MVC platform
• Apply code fixes, small enhancements, and coordinate with our India-based dev team for continuity
• Support integrations with web and Windows services, database operations, and IIS
• Communicate directly with the executive leadership team, keeping stakeholders informed
• Document findings, solutions, and operational handoffs to ensure stability and clarity

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on C#/MVC .NET development and application support
• Solid grasp of SQL Server and debugging performance issues at the database level
• Strong English communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Ability to work independently, prioritize incoming issues, and document resolutions
• Calm, methodical approach to unfamiliar or undocumented legacy code
• Experience working with offshore teams and navigating handoffs across time zones
