Lead DevOps Specialist

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will take charge of managing sophisticated architectures, ensuring the efficient deployment, reliability, and scalability of critical applications to achieve strategic business objectives. We are looking for a dedicated leader who excels at fostering collaboration, managing cloud ecosystems, and driving continuous improvement through modern DevOps approaches.

Responsibilities

Define and adapt system architecture to align with business requirements and goals
Leverage AI tools to enhance coding standards and enforce best practices
Supervise deployment processes, system monitoring, and infrastructure upkeep
Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, measure key performance metrics, and address incidents effectively
Oversee AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures along with their associated services
Coordinate efforts across development, operations, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams
Translate technical solutions into clear concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and accelerate product delivery
Create tools and scripts to automate and optimize operational processes
Design, implement, and enhance containerized and serverless architecture solutions
Ensure compliance with security standards while conducting in-depth security assessments
Document systems, processes, and infrastructures to ensure knowledge sharing

Requirements

At least five years of experience in DevSecOps engineering within enterprise environments
A minimum of one year working with AI and Generative AI technologies
At least one year of experience in leadership roles within engineering or DevOps teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation and system configuration
Background in programming frameworks such as .NET, JAVA, or other similar technologies
Expertise in Terraform for implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
Proficiency with Azure DevOps for pipeline creation and management
Extensive understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and familiarity with GCP
Demonstrated competency in leading and mentoring teams effectively
Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills in dynamic, high-pressure settings
