You’ll join a dynamic team that is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making. More specifically our Microsoft Data & AI team which works with advanced data models, machine learning algorithms, and modern digital data platforms, leveraging Microsoft technologies to help organizations innovate and optimize their processes.

What will you be doing as an intern?

As an intern at delaware, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of data science. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Microsoft Technologies: Get hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, which are at the core of our solutions.
• Project Ownership: You will lead your own data project, from defining the problem and gathering the data to building models and delivering results.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: You’ll work with large datasets, applying machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and advanced analytics to extract meaningful insights.
• Tools & methodologies: Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies. You’ll develop skills in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaboration: Work alongside data scientists, date engineers and consultants to tackle real-world business challenges and provide valuable insights to clients.

Are we a match?

· You are currently pursuing a master’s or bachelor's degree in data science, computer science or engineering.

· You master programming languages such as python

· You can complete your internship in the summer for a minimum of 4 weeks, preferably 6 weeks

· You’re able to work from our Ghent or Kortrijk office

· You are fluent in English and Dutch

· You have a keen interest in data engineering & data science and are excited to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches.

· You are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to develop both your technical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
