Your Responsibility

As Head of Cybersecurity, your mission is to ensure security of tiko’s information systems, data, and digital assets over their full lifecycle. tiko’s ecosystem combines IT, OT, and IoT together in a unique way: your interdisciplinary knowledge and experience from different industries allows you to strengthen the resilience of our VPP and EMS with a wealth of ideas and an innovative approach.

You handle cybersecurity on a strategic and operational level by coordinating, communicating, and collaborating on related activities within the organization, group-level and towards our external 3rd parties and stakeholders.

You are responsible for defining, communicating, implementing, and maintaining our cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, plans, requirements, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and ensuring their execution. You supervise the application and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Additionally, you take ownership of continuous cybersecurity risk and incident management. You follow global security trends and provide updates on the current security landscape concerning the organization and its business. You advise senior management on cybersecurity risks, threats, and their impact to the organization, as well as manage continuous cybersecurity capacity and capability building within the organization.

Your Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including a minimum of 3 years in critical infrastructure and leadership experience.
• Track record of securing and working with different technologies as well as effectively communicating with stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
• Relevant certifications, such as ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, ISO27001
• Experience in securing Cloud Technologies and in Secure Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC)
• Familiarity with SOCs and adeptness in enhancing situational awareness in complex environments
• Experience in the Energy industry and / or distributed systems is an advantage
• English and French fluency are mandatory
• Valid working permit for France or EU nationality
