As our Product Owner, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, design, and engineering — translating ideas into clear, prioritized product work. You’ll own the backlog, lead refinement sessions, and ensure delivery stays aligned with both user needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• 📋 Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
• 🧠 Translate high-level ideas and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• 🧩 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, stakeholders)
• 🎯 Ensure alignment between sprint goals and business value
• 🔁 Drive agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
• 📊 Gather and analyze feedback from users, data, and market trends to inform decisions
• 🚀 Deliver iterative improvements that make a real difference to users

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria with technical and business clarity
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
• Fluency in English (German or French is a plus 🇩🇪🇫🇷)
• Based in Switzerland or with valid Swiss work authorization
