Internship in Crew AI Chatbot development (limited to 6-8 months, 80-100%, all genders)

Tasks

In this internship you can pioneer the future of conversational AI. You will lead the project to refine and productionalize a cutting-edge chatbot that enhances customer interaction and transforms digital experiences.

Dive into the world of AI and make an impact for our Flight and Cabin Crew Members.

• Develop a project incl. timeline to get the Bot ready to a stage where it can be put in production and ensure the timeline and goals are met
• Integrate and optimize existing NLP capabilities for enhanced performance and improved results
• Ensure best possible setup of the existing UX/UI design elements to improve the user experience
• Develop new features and functionalities based on user feedback and project requirements
• Perform rigorous testing to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction
• Document all developments, updates, and user feedback for comprehensive reporting and future reference

Requirements

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)in computer science, data science, economics or similar
• You have a sound understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and integration
• Your goal is to work in a highly motivated team and to be an essential part of it by using your strong interpersonal & social skills
• You are a person with an entrepreneurial mindset, and you know how to deal with complex subjects
• You know how to work with state-of-the-art software (MS 365, Power Platform, Miro, etc.) and you like to adapt to new software and tools
• You like to work in a hybrid work environment, and you can support the team physically as good as virtually
• You enjoy communicating in English and as a strong asset also in German
