Job Description

:Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major ERP Replacement program for our client. You will be instrumental in ensuring the program's success, guided by the approved Business Case and executive sponsor decisions

.The ideal candidate will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that all deliverables are completed within the defined scope, time, and budget. Coordination with various departments will be crucial to ensure program compatibility and effective resource engagement

Responsibilitie

• s:Direct and coordinate program activities in alignment with ERP roadmaps, working closely with the ERP Tech Lead and the CS Transformation Lea
• d.Validate program artifacts and deliverables in collaboration with the ERP Tech Lead and the CS Transformation Lea
• d.Review work plans, iterations, or phases, and coordinate the recruitment of resource
• s.Provide regular reporting and analysis for Steering Committee meeting
• s.Review the risk register, and manage risk assessment and response
• s.Ensure all deliverables of the change management strategy (both Business and Technical) are in plac
• e.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely, on-budget, and accurate production and review of deliverable
• s.Secure operational readiness management (internal: FAQs, training; external: awareness campaigns, videos, training

).
Qualifications and Skil

• ls:University degree with a specialization in project management, including expertise in quality tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysi
• s).7+ years of relevant experience in ERP projects, managing complex cross-divisional and regional projects. Working with SAP, Oracle, MSDynamics or other similar leading ERP will be requir
• ed.Exceptional presentation skills using PowerPoint and Power BI to present key information to manageme
• nt.Leadership skills to motivate stakeholders (internal and external), resolve conflicts, manage resistance to change, and be solution-orient
