Assignment Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key ERP implementation initiative, focusing on outbound order management within a logistics program. You will manage a release project within a larger ERP transformation program, responsible for the detailed design and transition into implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Release R4.0 of the ERP initiative with a focus on outbound goods flow
• Collaborate with solution teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts
• Manage budgets, planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with transport management and warehouse management systems
• Contribute to design, planning, and execution of ERP logistics transformation
• Report to program management and guide cross-functional delivery

Key Skills Required:

• Strong ERP project leadership (preferably within supply chain or logistics)
• Deep understanding of outbound order management
• Familiarity with integration between ERP, WMS, and TMS
• Experience working with both Agile and traditional methodologies
• Hands-on with tools like Jira
• Strong stakeholder and change management in large organizations
